On one of our cruises to Europe, we were suddenly informed that Munich Airport was closed/on strike. Viking Cruise Lines assured us that they would get us through with Lufthansa. Four hours after informing Viking of the incident, we were not sure if we would get home. I contacted Kim immediately, and new tickets were issued on another airline, and we made it home. 15 other people did not secure advance boarding passes and had to scramble for flights home.

Kim has always kept us informed of flight changes, hotels for overnight stays, practical advice for future cruises, and making special arrangements for transportation, if needed.

Superb service! Michelle went out of her way to deliver a gift certificate to my office. Would recommend in the future.

 Julie was amazing! Listened to what I want added great ideas! Can't wait to work more with her for fun vacations!! 

Michelle has helped us plan several vacations from simple long weekends in North Carolina and Maine, to weeklong vacations in Spain and Alaska. She thinks of every detail!
