I definitely recommend Globetrotting with Jennifer for any of your travel needs. She helped me so much with planning our short stay in Athens, Greece. And also navigating through procedures for entering the country during COVID. We only had 2 days in Athens before a cruise and I didn’t know where to begin to plan anything. We stayed in a great little hotel that had a great breakfast every morning. We enjoyed our hop on/off bus tour that we could do at our own pace. I only wish we had more time in Athens and could have done more things. My mother and I had a wonderful time! It was my dream vacation!
I will definitely be asking Jennifer to help plan another vacation in the future.

On one of our cruises to Europe, we were suddenly informed that Munich Airport was closed/on strike. Viking Cruise Lines assured us that they would get us through with Lufthansa. Four hours after informing Viking of the incident, we were not sure if we would get home. I contacted Kim immediately, and new tickets were issued on another airline, and we made it home. 15 other people did not secure advance boarding passes and had to scramble for flights home.

Kim has always kept us informed of flight changes, hotels for overnight stays, practical advice for future cruises, and making special arrangements for transportation, if needed.

It seems like I'm always giving Kim four stars, but there's a reason for that. This time it was helping us purchase international health insurance for a trip she didn't otherwise book. Don't worry, we won't make a practice of this, but the service she gave us was as if she had booked the whole trip, and we won't forget how helpful she was.

You made sure every detail of our 15 days was perfect and when there was an issue, no fault of yours, you fixed everything so we had a stress-free trip. Jennifer planned our fifteen-year anniversary trip to Hawaii. She booked all our hotels, flights, and excursions and even kept in touch with us throughout the trip. Our shuttle ended up getting a flat tire so we took an Uber and Jennifer called the office he got us a full refund. It was the easiest way to travel because she took all our worries away. Mom had always wanted to visit Graceland, so we surprised her with a trip to Nashville & Graceland for the ladies only.

Jennifer is much more than a travel agent, she is essentially a travel concierge. On our recent trip to Mexico, Jen had everything arranged from airport pickup to dining reservations.
